Description:
1. The subject of the order is to audit the financial statements of 26 medical entities, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Accounting Act, for the following periods:
1) for the financial year ending on December 31, 2023;
2) for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024,
and submitting to individual medical entities a report on each of the audits performed, containing the auditor's opinion on the audited financial statements or a refusal to issue an opinion, in accordance with Art. 83 section 5 of the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervisionnym (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1015).
2. The subject of the order should be performed in accordance with the draft Agreement (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ).
3. Basic economic data and contact details regarding individual medical entities are included in Annex 2 to SWZ.
