Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 5 pieces of factory new single -member city buses with a hydrogen cell with an electric drive; constituting part of the family of city buses with a high unification, one manufacturer (brand), with a total length of 11,500 mm to 12,200 mm;width and total height in accordance with the conditions of admission to movement.
2. A bus with a hydrogen cell must have at least 60 places, at least 26 seats and at least 7 available from the low floor level.
3. Vehicles must meet the requirements specified in the regulationMinister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of the vehicle and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502).
4. The Contractor is obliged to:
- guarantee on the conditions specified by the Employer,
- grant the software licensesupplied equipment or issued together with the subject of delivery,
- provide service assistance under the terms specified in the specification of the terms of the contract and in the contract.
5. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
- training of 10 Employer employees to the extent necessary for proper implementationbus operation and service. The trainings will be conducted within the date agreed with the Employer, but not later than 10 days after the receipt of the first buses,
