Description:
1 Student Kmicic in Opole at ul. Grunwaldzka 31.2. Description of the subject of the fall in relation to honor No. 1 is the above 1.1 to SWZ.3. The offer must by unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. including the whole subject of the skew. 4. The contractor's offer must correspond to the content of the specification of polish conditions. 5. The Contractor includes taking into account all circumstances resulting from the polish documentation. 6. The subject of the fall will be made for the Ordering Party at the risk of the Contractor and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) of the contractor. 7. The contractor grants a warranty for honor No. 1.8 for the construction works performed. Pursuant to art. 95 of the Ordering Party Act requires employment by the Contractors or subcontractors on the basis of employment (within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974, the Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) of the OSB performing the indicated activities related to the implementation of the fall, which performance consists of performing work ....
