Welded linear ball valve DN50 PN63, with feet enabling the valve to be supported, with a drive (with the possibility of remote control via the PSG SCADA system), with a column and mechanical transmission 1.0 m above the ground level, underground installation to be welded to a DN50 seamless pipe, mat. L360NE, PMSS seal, natural gas MOP 6.3 MPa, acceptance certificate 3.1 according to PN EN 10204:2006, security anti-corrosion: part underground - PUR coating, type 3, at least 2 mm thick (including an extension column and accessories up to a height of 0.3 m above the ground surface), according to PN-EN 10290, part aboveground - epoxy-polyurethane paint coatings, thickness: 250-300 ym, according to PN-EN ISO 12944-5. Quantity: 1 set. Pos. 2.1 list of materials in the project. Standards: PN-EN 10290 PN-ENISO 12944-5. Multi-turn electric drive in an explosion-proof version with the possibility of control by the PSG SCADA system. The drive should be able to be connected to an instrumentation and control cabinet containing equipment enabling data transmission from the gas station and control of a valve with an electric drive. The subject of the order includes the arrival of the service to start the drive for the first time. Warranty period: 36 months.
