Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of works included in the second stage of the reconstruction of the former bank building at Al. Wolnoci 73 to the seat of the Municipal Public Library in Lbork. The scope of stage II includes: 1.1. execution of construction works on the second floor (insulation works, flooring works, plastering, painting, installation of new joinery, electrical works (installation of accessories, lighting fixtures and emergency and evacuation lighting installations), additional sanitary works (water supply installation, sanitary sewage system, air distribution installation, drainage installation condensate, installation of sanitary, water and sewage systems, central heating installation);1.2. installation of a 49.98 kW photovoltaic installation with an energy storage facility on the roof of the building and the use of a reverse current controller preventing the flow of electricity to the power grid; 1.3. construction of a green roof on the building of the Municipal Public Library 1.4. construction of a rain garden consisting of 5 pots and planting hydrophilic plants2.
