4.1 The subject of this proceeding is: budget banking service the city of Łodź and its organizational units and the city's loan from the city to cover the transitional deficit occurring during the year from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2031.
4.2 Delicious description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex No. 1 to SWZ and in NW. documents:
-Exchange of organizational units of the City of Łodź, constituting Annex 1A to SWZ,
-general and base data, constituting Annex 1B to SWZ,
- IT requirements, safety level, training needs, constituting Annex 1C to the ToR,
-Sets FK, constituting Annex 1D to the ToR,
-Semental provisions of the contract, which will be entered into the content of the contract concluded with the Contractor, constituting an attachment No. 6 to SWZ.
