Brief description of the subject of the contract: conducting banking support for the Budget of the Leśna Commune and 7 Communal Organizational Units and the provision of credit services in the case of transitional budget deficiencies in the period from 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2024. The Employer reserves the right to change the number of units due to possible changes organizational. In the event of new organizational units, their service will be carried out on terms consistent with the concluded agreement; Remuneration for the Contractor due to the implementation of the subject of the contract will be a monthly gross flat-rate fee. The fee calculated by the Contractor should cover all costs of providing services subject to the subject of this contract, except in the interest rate on the current account referred to in Annex No. 1 of OPZ. Each organizational unit of the commune covered by the contract will be charged a monthly flat-rate fee according to the percentage.
