Description:
1. Order name: banking service for the city of Krakow and granting a loan in the current account in 2026-2031.
2. Subject of the contract It is to operate the banking service of the Krakow Municipality, i.e. 163 units with independent financial and accounting service [including Office Cities of Krakow and the Municipal Education Service Center (MCOO)] and 209 budgetary units in the financial and accounting service of MCOO, i.e. 372 units in total and granting a loan in the current account in 2026 2031.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the designed provisions contracts (together with attachments 1-5) constituting Annex 10 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as PPU.

5. The contracting authority informs that in The Public Information Bulletin of the Ordering Party at: https://www.bip.krakow.pl/?bip_id=1&mmi=5 documents referred to in point 3.6 are available. Swz.
6. The Employer shall provide the contract with documentation in Annex 12 to SWZ specified in point 3.7. 7. The Ordering Party does not allow submission of offers partial.
