Description: the subject of the order is performed over a period of 60 months (from the date of signing the contract) of the Banking Service of the Legnica Commune, its budgetary units and a budgetary establishment whose list is Annex No. 3 IDW - Chapter 2 of SWZ, consisting in:
- ongoing banking service of 59 budgetary units and a budgetary establishment;
- granting loans in the current account for the purposes set out in Article 89 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Public Finance Act, subject to art. 92 par. 1 above the Act - the Ordering Party provides for the use of a loan in the current account maximum for 2 months each year, and in this 2-month period provides for the use of a loan up to PLN 15,000,000.00 According to Annex 1 to 'instructions for contractors' - Chapter 2 of SWZZ containing a detailed description of the subject of the contract and information on the Employer, including data on the budget and property of the Legnica Commune - access to documents.
