Description:
The subject of the contract is the comprehensive service of the budget of the Śrem commune together with its organizational units in the period from 05.11.2025 to 04.11.2029 covering at least:
- opening and maintaining basic accounts and auxiliary accounts of the Śrem commune and organizational units,
- implementation of payment orders (transfers),
- mass payment services
- accepting cash payments to bills without fee and commissions,
- making cash payments,
- the possibility of depositing funds on term deposits,
- providing a revolving loan on a current account, renewable, in the amount specified in the budget resolution each year, the interest rate of which will be based on the WIBOR 1M rate, without commissions and fees,
- covering the electronic banking system of the Municipal Office - and organizational units of the commune, without one -off fees (software installation, training) and without subscription fees,
- providing a service that allows you to import data to the financial and accounting system of the Ordering Party and ensure cooperation of this service with the Employer's IT system.
