1. The subject of the order is comprehensive banking services for the budget of the Zibice Commune and its organizational units in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029.2. The scope of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order.3. Information about personal obligation performance of key tasks by the contractor, if the ordering party makes such a reservation: The ordering party reserves a key part of the order. The key part of the order should be understood as the banking activities listed in Art. 5 of the Act of August 29, 1997, Banking Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1646, as amended).4.
