• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is comprehensive servicing of bank accounts of the budget of the City of Kostrzyn nad Odr and organizational units (basic account and auxiliary accounts), in particular: 1.1 Opening and maintaining a current account and accounts auxiliary budget of the City in electronic form (in Polish zlotys, EURO and other convertible currencies if necessary); 1.2. Execution of all types of transfers to all banks only in electronic form in justified cases in paper form - execution should take place on the same business day if the instruction was submitted by 2.30 p.m., at the latest on the next business day, if the instruction was placed after 14.30;1.3 Ensuring use electronic banking system;1.4. Execution of cash payments and withdrawals by the account holder in a branch or branch of the bank in the city of Kostrzyn nad Odr;1.5. Readiness to grant an overdraft facility, based on the budget resolution for a given year, in within 7 days from the request by the Ordering Party.
