Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of banking services for the budget of the Commune and the City of Czerwionka-Leszczyny in the period from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2030, and in particular: 1) opening, maintaining and closing the basic account of the Commune budget, VAT accounts, current accounts and auxiliary (in Polish zloty, euro and other convertible currencies if necessary) of the Office and organizational units of the Commune existing on the day of signing the contract and established during the term of the contract, based on the contract for servicing banks of the Commune and the City of Czerwionka-Leszczyny (a also other contracts resulting from internal regulations of the bank), included in the SWZ order and the conditions presented in the bank's offer. 2) interest rate RODKW accumulated on bank accounts (with the exception of the Wadiv banking account, which is incredible and without cost), the Moliv is reserved output from the interest rate on the RODKW on the accounts indicated by the Ordering Employment; high interest rates on the accounts is the product ...
