Description:
1. The subject of the order is banking services for the budget of the Inowdz Commune and organizational units in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028.2. Banking services include in particular:2.1. opening, maintaining and closing current and auxiliary bank accounts;2.2. execution of cash payments and withdrawals, in particular payments made to the Commune and organizational units by third parties;2.3. execution of transfers made to the Commune and organizational units;2.4. execution of transfers (to an account in the servicing bank or an account to another bank) on the day of their receipt, made from the accounts of the Commune and units organizational;2.5. mass payment services (identification and processing of mass payments based on a virtual account, providing the output file via the electronic banking system);2.6. preparing bank statements confirming the balance and financial operations performed on a given day, the Ordering Party allows the electronic form of the statements prepared;2.7. zeroing current and auxiliary accounts, in accordance with the instructions of unit managers, consisting in transferring the amount as of December 31 of each year remains...
