3. The subject of the order includes the following activities carried out for the benefit of the Ordering Party and account holders: 1) opening and maintaining current accounts in PLN for the municipal budget and municipal organizational units, 2) opening and maintaining auxiliary accounts in PLN and foreign currencies if necessary, 3) opening and maintaining other PLN accounts, including: non-refundable funds, aid and earmarked funds for the purposes of implementing projects co-financed by the EU, ZFS and others, 4) opening and maintaining accounts for deposit sums to service e.g. deposits, deposits and others deposits made for tender procedures, competitions, etc. 5) opening and maintaining term deposit accounts in PLN, 6) enabling the launch, if necessary, at the request of the Ordering Party, of the service of making non-cash payments using payment card terminals, including: a) installing terminals in indicated municipal organizational units, b) ensuring the operation of terminals on general terms, c) providing service and technical support, d) free (on the part of the municipality and the paying parties) implementation of operations performed using terminala.
