Description:
The subject of the order is a service consisting in banking services for the budget of the city of Zabrze and its budgetary units, including the City Hall, in the years 2026 - 2030. The list of budgetary units to which the service will be provided is included in Part III of the SWZ, i.e. in the detailed description of the subject. orders. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of units as a result of possible organizational changes. If new units are established, their banking services will be provided on terms and conditions consistent with the concluded agreement. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Part III of the SWZ and Draft provisions of the contract.
