The subject of the order is banking services with the granting of a revolving loan in a current account in the amount of PLN 5,500,000.00 (in words: five million five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100), in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - detailed description of the subject of the order.1.1. The contractor is obliged to disburse the loan 01/01/2026 or on the day of signing the contract (if the contract is signed later).1.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to early repayment of the loan without additional costs.2. The contractor must have its registered office in the territory of the Republic of Poland and at least 2 branches in the territory the city of Chema, open from Monday to Friday, not more than 6 hours a day.3. Information about the economic and financial situation of the Ordering Party has been made available on the Ordering Party's website (Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ).4. The offer should include the price of all accompanying and related services indirectly with the subject of the proceedings.5.
