A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is to execute the cleaning and disinfection of mechanical ventilation installation in the provincial facilities of a specialist hospital in Legnica at ul. Iwaszkiewicza 5. The subject of the order was described in detail in chapter VII SZWZ.2. The Ordering Party shall specify in this document - SWZZ - Requirements related to the implementation of the contract in terms of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment ratio of persons performed by the Ordering Party in the field of contract implementation, in the scope of performing activities consisting in the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, 1043 and 1495) .3. Quality requirements referred to in the description of the subject of the order, referring to at least the main components on the subject of the contract - therefore uses the capabilities indicated in Article 2446 para. 2 UPZP.
