Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of light fuel oil meeting the conditions of PN-C 96024: 2020-12 to the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center in Samostrze - in the amount of 120,000 liters. Deliveries will be made successively, as needed, each time at the request of the Ordering Party, specifying the amount of fuel oil. The minimum quantity of oil that the Ordering Party may order during one delivery will be 1,000 liters. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the fuel oil within no more than 2 business days from each request submitted by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party informs that it is specified in this specification the quantity of the order is an estimate and reserves the right to change the scope of delivery in terms of quantity (smaller quantities) due to current needs. The minimum quantity that the ordering party will order is 70% of the order. The fuel oil will be delivered using the Contractor's own transport as part of the remuneration. for the oil delivered.
