Description:
1. The subject of the order is the renovation of bathrooms in the ZSCKR building in Sdziejowice. 2. The ordering party requires the performance of construction works consisting of renovation in the scope of general construction as well as works in the field of electrical and sanitary installations. 3. The subject of the order should include the full scope of robt. After completing the works, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with complete as-built documentation including the full scope of work performed4. Detailed description and scope of works: a) Dismantling of sanitary fittings and electrical equipment; b) Opening of holes and brickwork along with the installation of new lintels; c) Chipping away walls separating showers;d) Chipping floors;e) Dismantling sanitary water and sewage installations;f) Remove rubble;g) Reconstructing floor layers with slopes, eliminating faults;h) Local plaster chipping on the ceiling;i) New plaster on the ceiling, locally;j) 2x plaster on the ceiling and walls;k) Preparation of walls made of impregnated double plasterboard;l) Replacement of water and sewage installations within the room;m) Replacement of electrical installations within the room;n) Installation of aluminum doors from the vestibule to the bathroom;o) Refreshing the vestibule, painting far...
