- Description:
- The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts and accessories for official vehicles operated by the Provincial Police Headquarters in Opole, indicated in the description of the subject of the order, constituting an annex to the terms of reference (SWZ). Quantities of the assortment are given in the item description orders should be treated as an approximate quantity. The quantity of the ordered assortment may be reduced during the term of the contract, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, without any right to claims on the part of the Contractor.
The Ordering Party will place the order in batches (in parts), which in further text of the agreement will be referred to as a "one-time order".
Collection will be made successively in batches (in parts) by the Ordering Party from the point indicated by the Contractor located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Opole or the Contractor will deliver the ordered parts to the address of the Department. Transport of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Opole; street Oleska 95, 45-232 Opole, within three business days of the Contractor's receipt of the "one-time order" sent by the Ordering Party by fax or to the Contractor's e-mail address.
