- 1. The subject of the contract is:
a) Development of multi-branch documentation of design and cost of thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation), reconstruction and a change in the way of use with the implementation of the design of construction equipment for a building located in Gdańsk at:
- 35 Biskupia Street, registration plot No. 120, precinct 080;
- Wałowy Square 2, registration plot No. 217, precinct 099.
b) obtaining an administrative decision for conducting construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration body, enabling the start of construction works by the contracting authority,
c) execution of one -off investor cost estimates;
d) exercising author's supervision in the scope of:
-confirming in the course of construction works compliance with the project,
-suvision of the possibility of introducing replacement solutions in relation to the provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or investor supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
