- Ladies and Gentlemen, We encourage you to submit offers for the supply of black steel scrap with the requirements below: Unalloyed steel scrap, batch: - pieces - dimensions max. 400 mm x 400 mm x 400 mm, thickness min. 1 mm, - composition - Mn content max. 0.45% (max 0.54); P max.0.03%(max. 0.36); S max.0.02% (max. 0.024); Cr max.0.05% (max 0.060): Sn max. 0.015 (max 0.018). The average value of the chemical composition obtained from the analyzes of 9 different samples must be within the range specified above. It is permissible to exceed the value up to 20% maximum 2 out of 9 samples. Any exceedance by more than 20% (even 1 out of 9 samples) will disqualify the delivery. In case of non-compliance, return the car to the Supplier. - form - waste sheets, sections, loose or compressed stampings - black. No pipes, wire, ropes, shavings, closed vessels, radioactive, explosive, dangerous and suspicious objects. - impurities - no non-ferrous metals, tar, rubber, varnishes, plastics, non-metallic impurities in the amount of max. 0.3%. Acceptance steel scrap is collected by checking the chemical composition of 9 randomly taken samples on a truck scale. If the composition complies with the order, the vehicle is sent for unloading. When the composition or appearance is clearly different in important parameters the car is not accepted and the delivery is made at the Supplier's disposal.
