The subject of the contract includes: 1. Registration of the facility in the BREEAM system with preparation and incurring registration costs. 2. Update of the Pre-Assessment assessment from 2023 on the most facial basis version of the project documentation. 3. Consulting advice on BREEAM certification 4. Update of the guidelines and description for the tender procedure of the Nagenerral Contractor. 5. Performing all required translations in connection with the completion (if required). 6. Consultancy in the scope possible changes in the documentation. 7. Correspondence with BRE at every stage of the contract.
