Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the service of transporting children and youth (students) from the Wielbark Commune commuting to primary schools, local government kindergarten in Wielbark and disabled children to the Private Primary Special School and the Special School and Educational Center in Szczytno in the 2025/2026 school year in accordance with the schedule developed by the Ordering Party.
2. The order includes seven transport / return of children to primary schools, local government kindergarten in Wielbark and disabled children to a private primary special school and Special School and Educational Center in Szczytno in the 2025/2026 school year - Annex 7 to SWZ - route descriptions.
The description of the routes provides the number of students known as at 30.06.2025. The number of students can change (if the number of students will be increased or reduced on a given route, the contractor will be notified), therefore the contractor is obliged to provide the vehicle (bus) with the number of seats for all students + place for the driver and guardian.
4. The contractor is obliged to ensure:
