Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services in terms of delivery and care (during delivery) of disabled students living in the Łomianki commune to kindergartens, primary and secondary schools or other educational institutions listed in art. 2 para. 7 of the Act withOn December 14, 2016, Educational Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 737, as amended).
2. The subject of the contract includes transport and care from the place of residence of students to kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and other educational institutions and a return from the abovementioned facilities to the place of residencestudents.
3. Service plans to cover 32 disabled students, including: 11 students attending schools in Warsaw (including 1 student in a wheelchair),
15 students attending the School and Educational Center in Leszno (including 1 student in a wheelchair), 2 students attending schoolin Nowy Dwor Mazowiecki, 3 students to school in Laski, 1 student to school in Ożarow Mazowiecki. During the performance of the order, the number of students may change by +/- 6 people (including 2 people in wheelchairs) and the number and addresses of the facilities to which students will be taken, which does not result inchange of remuneration for the service performed. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase the number of children transported by more than 6 without changing the remuneration, provided that it is not necessary to increase the number of cars by the contractor.w...
