The subject of this order is the provision of services in the field of transporting and lodging students to schools in the Śmigiel commune and to the institution of the Special School Complex in Kościan in the 2025/2026 school year as part of regular communication (purchase of monthly tickets).

1. The subject of this order is the provision of services in the field of bringing and removing students to schools in the Śmigiel commune and to the institution of the Special School Complex in Kościanie in the 2025/2026 school year as part of regular communication (purchase of monthly tickets).
2. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of names monthly tickets for students commuting from the Śmigiel commune to educational institutions run by the Śmigiel commune, as well as to institutions Special School Complex in Kościan, in order to use the service of regular persons in domestic road transport within the regular lines covering the places from which students commute to educational institutions in the commune of Śmigiel and to the institution of the Special School Complex in Kościan on the basis of a fixed schedule of delivery and transport.
