The construction project envisages the following construction works related to the renovation of the external walls of Bialy Spichrz, i.e. the facility at ul. Mint 2. In particular: - removal of loose, detached plasters, checking the joints and filling them - removing loose fibers, loose putty, loose chips and wedges from the surface of the wooden elements of the wattle and daub - mechanical removal of microorganisms and disinfection - replacing loose chips and wedges with new ones - filling ceramic defects (methods puttying or re-bricklaying) - protecting wooden surfaces with an insecticide - applying new plasters - painting brick surfaces to fill the half-timbered structure - replacing the wooden post under the platform of the entrance to the building, protecting wood - repairing plasters of retaining walls external stairs to the basement - replacement of wooden treads of external stairs to the basement - repair of sheet metal - cleaning of steel elements and anti-corrosion protection - repair of the duct casing ventilation
