- 1. The subject of the order are bus and coach rental services with a driver in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and with the price form - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Number of kilometers traveled and downtime hours included in the option will be used additionally, at the request of the Ordering Party, at unit prices specified in the price form
within the contract implementation period.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the contract (together with attachments).
441 of the Act of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option regarding each of the parts into which this order has been divided. The ordering party has defined the basic level of procurement that may be made be expanded by increasing the number of transport kilometers and stopover hours to the maximum quantity specified in the price form table in the "Quantity option" column. The Ordering Party stipulates that the services covered by the option right must be provided under the terms and conditions specified in detail in the designed ones provisions of the contract.
4. The quantities of services provided for individual parts are specified in the price form (Appendix No. 3).
