2. Zakup implemented as part of the project entitled: "Improving the rescue system in rail transport - stage II".
3. Delivery scope of services, the manner of execution of the order and the obligations of the Contractor specify the following documents:
- attachment No. 4 to SWZ, i.e. description of the subject of the contract (in short OPZ)
and
- Annex 3 to SWZ, i.e. the proposed provisions of the contract with attachments
4. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the scope and requirements indicated in the description of the subject of the contract constituting the attachment No. 4 to this SWZ, with applicable regulations and standards, the current level of technical knowledge and the planned provisions contracts, as well as with due diligence.
5. The resource does not allow the submission of variant offers.
6. The apprentice does not intend convene Meeting of contractors.
7. The landlord does not require a local vision or checking by the Contractor the documents necessary to perform the order available on site at the Employer.
