Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service within the meaning of Art. 7 point 28 Pzp, consisting of:
• opening 70 bicycle stations (with 70 totems), • making 560 pieces of brand new standard bicycles available,
• providing 140 pieces of brand new bicycles with electric support, • software development including a mobile application and website, • implementation and launch of the Contact Center, • launch, management and comprehensive operation of a self-service public bicycle rental in Bydgoszcz, operating under the name Bydgoski Rower Aglomeracyjny (hereinafter referred to as BRA).
2. Detailed description of the item the order (basic and as part of the option) and the terms of execution of the order were included in the draft provisions of the contract with annexes, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, including the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) together with annexes, constituting Annex No. 2 to the draft provisions Agreement and in the template valuation form for the basic order constituting Annex No. 3_1 to the SWZ and in the template valuation forms for the order covered by the option constituting Annexes No. 3_2, 3_3, 3_4, 3_5 to the SWZ.
3. Outside the basic scope of the order, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using with full or partial options. If the Ordering Party uses the option, up to 30 bicycle stations (up to 30 totems) will be launched and up to 100 standard bicycles and up to 50 bicycles with assistance will be made available. electric.
