Faculty of Chemistry, University of Wrocław, described in detail in the assignment. No. 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order.2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the annexes constituting an integral part of the SWZ, in particular in accordance with Za. No. 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order Price form and Contract. No. 4 to SWZ Draft provisions of the contract specifying the scope and conditions of service provision.3. Details regarding the warranty are specified in the contract template constituting the Pro. No. 4 to SWZ Draft provisions contracts.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the scope of the Contractor's services by a maximum of 20% (the Ordering Party ensures that it will purchase at least 80% of the subject of the order) and therefore to reduce the Contractor's remuneration proportionally without the Contractor's right to submit any financial claims in this respect, including penalties, damages or other liabilities,5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to shift the quantity and product range within the concluded contract in relation to the quantity and product range indicated in the Description.
