Description:
1. The subject of the order is the repair and modernization of the LAN network and integrated network and multimedia cabling, as well as the construction of local parts of the logical installation at the University of Wrocław for a period of 24 months, described in detail in Za. No. 3 to SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order.3. Performer is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the annexes constituting an integral part of the SWZ, in particular in accordance with Za. No. 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order and Pro. No. 4 to SWZ Draft provisions of the contract (template contract) specifying the scope and conditions of the service services.4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a minimum of 6 months warranty for the services and materials provided (counted from the date of acceptance of the quality acceptance protocol). The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating the offers, therefore the Contractor is in favor. No. 1 to SWZ The offer form will indicate the period warranty for services and materials.5. The Ordering Party will successively notify the Contractor of the need to provide the service by e-mail in accordance with Article 7(1) of the Law. No. 4 to SWZ.
