Description:
The subject of the proceedings are the completion method of finite elements (MES) of the structure of railway wagons type111a-40 and 112a-40. The valve of these calculations is comprehensive verification of the strength of wagon structures, in accordance with the applicable requirements of the PN-EN 12663 standard (REGULATION-Requirements Construction and retention on railway boxes of rail vehicles). The FEM calculations will include the following areas: 3D modeling: Preparation of the MES computing model based on materials made available by the Employer. Conducting endurance analyzes in accordance with the conditions described in the PN -EN 12663 standard in the following scope: static analysis - extraordinary cases, static analysis - box connection - stroller, static analysis - equipment elements, analysis of loss of stability, fatigue analysis - exploitation cases, fatigue analysis - Connection of the box - trolley, fatigue analysis - equipment elements, modal analysis. Interested results and report on calculations as part of the procedure. include: description of adopted assumptions and models. Prescription of calculation results (stress, displacement, safety factories).
