(hereinafter also PKP TELKOL or the Ordering Party) invites you to submit an offer in the procedure for the CIS No. - regarding the service: Calibration of the OTDR CAL MTTPlus 410+ optical reflectometer manufactured by VeEX and the issuance of a certificate calibration1. Estimated date of service completion: as soon as possible2. The organization of delivery and the costs of delivering the device to the calibration site are the responsibility of the Ordering Party. The organization of the return and the costs of returning the device after the service is performed are the responsibility of Contractor's website. The costs of returning the device should be included in the value of the calibration service. 4.
