• Calibration service for ADB, AL measuring devices. 4000, AL. 4000V, iBlow, Alco Stop P, Alco True P, DRAEGER 7410 and 7510, Alcolife F6, F8, F9 breathalyzers and Aquilascan WDTP-10 portable electronic analyzers. Acting pursuant to Art. 2 section 1 pts. 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320), the Ordering Party, Provincial Police Headquarters in Olsztyn, asks about the price and possibilities of providing the following service. Subject matter of the order: Provision of services repairs and calibration of measuring devices for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Olsztyn and its subordinate units. Required completion date: max. 21 calendar days from the date of receipt of the device from the direct user's headquarters. Selection criteria offers will be: a) price - 80%, b) completion date (the shorter it is, the greater the number of points will be awarded) - 20%, Other information: - conclusion of a contract for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract, - the value of the contract will be estimated based on the offer and available financial resources on the day of signing the contract, - the ordering party reserves the right to implement the contract up to the amount of the financial plan, - payment will be made on the basis of a VAT invoice issued for each service within 30 days of receipt. - confirmation of service performance on the service report, - before each repair, it is necessary to perform a preliminary expert opinion (agreement on costs), Attachments: - Response form to the request for quotation. - Draft contract. - Service report.
