Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of cars for the needs of State Administration Units, divided into parts:
1. C segment hatchback-sedan-SUV 130 HP electric;
2. Segment C hybrid station wagon 120 HP (HEV or mHEV);
3. D-segment five-door electric;
4. D-segment sedan-liftback hybrid 180 KM (HEV lub PHEV);
5. Segment D sedan-liftback 190 KM benzyna 4WD;
6. Segment D sedan-liftback hybrydowy 180 KM (HEV lub mHEV);
7. Segment C kombi hybrid 120 HP (PHEV);
segment D sedan-liftback 250 HP petrol 4WD Premium;
10. Minibus 8-seater electric 130 HP;
90 HP;
13. C segment sedan-liftback 120 HP petrol or hybrid.
2. Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ contains a list of Units covered by this order and the number and type of vehicles that may be purchased by a given Unit.
3. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the order was specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Technical Specification and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the framework agreement.
4. When describing the subject of the order, the Ordering Party used the study prepared by Automotive Market Research Institute SAMAR titled Segmentation of the Samar Market - passenger cars and commercial vehicles with a GVW of up to 6 tons, published on the publicly available IBRM SAMAR website (https://www.samar.pl) in the Reports and Analyzes tab, item Report Library, number 22.
