Description:
1. The subject of the order is the rental and delivery of cars for PKP S.A.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions specified in the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, and in the OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party refrains from specifying the requirements regarding the employment of persons by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship in the execution of the order.
5. The Ordering Party does not provide for advance payments for the execution of the order.
