Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of services within the meaning of Art. 50 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended). Care services should be understood as services tailored to the specific needs of people who, due to age, illness or other reasons, require assistance in the form of care services provided by people with at least primary education, completed PCK course or internal training in caring for the sick at home, intellectually competent, able to operate basic household appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, electric kettle, gas stove or other), having the ability to establish and maintain proper interpersonal contacts. The place of performance of services is the place of residence of the client. the provision of care services for 2026 will take place in the city and commune of Komin Wlkp. in the place of residence the patient from Monday to Friday, and in special situations from Monday to Sunday (including holidays) in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
