Description:
The subject of the order are care services and specialized care (nursing) services - including: 1) care services - approximate number of hours 16,422.2) specialized nursing care services as support for the treatment process (does not apply to people with mental disorders) - approximate number hours 4,500, The time of providing care services includes only the time devoted to the patient (without travel). The Ordering Party understands clock hours as hours of providing care services. The concept of a person using the services includes adults and children under their care. The number of hours given above is indicative number, if during the performance of services the number of hours in individual services increases, then the Contractor may increase the number of task performers, but is obliged to provide the Ordering Party in advance with a statement confirming the fulfillment of the above-described conditions by a specific person implementing services. Acknowledging that the contract will be implemented according to needs, the Contractor agrees to change the number of people using the services, as well as to change the number of hours during the contract period.
