- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of care services within the meaning of Art. 50 of the Act of 12 March 2004. on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214).2. Care services should be understood as services tailored to the specific needs of people who, due to age, illness or other reasons, require assistance. in the form of care services provided by people with at least primary education, completed PCK course or internal training in caring for the sick at home, intellectually proficient, able to operate basic household appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, kettle electric, gas or other stove, electric kettle), having the ability to establish and maintain proper interpersonal contacts.3. The place of performance of services is the place of residence of the client.4. The detailed scope, period and place of provision of services are determined by the decisions of the Aid Center Social in Komorniki.5. The expected number of hours of care services during the period of execution of the order will be approximately 3,588 hours per year.6. Expected number of beneficiaries: 20.7.
