Description:
1. The subject of the order is to carry out adaptation works in order to create a therapeutic room and renovate the bathroom for children from newly created kindergarten places in the kindergarten department in Smtow Graniczne as part of the project entitled Preschool Education is the priority of the Smtowo Graniczne Commune implemented from the European Social Fund PLUS as part of the European Funds for Pomerania for 2021-2027.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the scope of work necessary to complete the order and the Ordering Party's requirements, are set out in: Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 6 to of this SWZ - OPZ and the proposed significant provisions of the contract, Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.4. The contractor must ensure that the works are performed in accordance with Polish law, in particular with technical and construction regulations, regulations regarding independent technical functions in construction and regulations regarding products and materials used in construction.
