Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the development of an analysis of the appropriateness of starting to prepare a local plan and determining the necessary scope of planning works for part of the area of the Raci commune, Chychowo district, plots with registration numbers 324/2, 323/2, 322/2 and 316 and for the Grzybowo area, wild plots registration numbers 188/3, 188/4, 188/5, 186, 188/6 and 189.2. Scope of the order: 2.1 The order includes: Preparation of an analysis of the justification for preparing a local plan and determining the necessary scope of planning works for part of the area of the Raci commune, Chówowo district, plots registration numbers 324/2, 323/2, 322/2 and 316; Grzybowo district, Dziaki registration numbers 188/3, 188/4, 188/5, 186, 188/6 and 189; in accordance with Art. 14 section 5 of the Act of 27 March 2003 on planning and development spatial (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130). The analysis should include: 1) analysis of the location of the study area; 2) analysis of the current use of the area; 3) land use structure according to the Land and Building Register; 4) communication services; 5) technical infrastructure;6) land ownership structure;7) possible spatial problems;8) conditions resulting from the documents...
