Description:
1. Performing an audit of compliance with the regulation on the National Interoperability Framework (KRI), the Act on the National Cybersecurity System (UoKSC) of the ISMS, covering the Central Statistical Office and 19 units subordinated to the President of the Central Statistical Office, implemented as part of the National Reconstruction and Enhancement Plan Resilience financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility Investment C3.1.1. Cybersecurity CyberPL, data processing infrastructure and optimization of the infrastructure of state subordinates responsible for security Cybersecurity - Cyberbezpieczny Government, in Cybersecurity Statistics grant project. 2. The subject of the order includes the implementation of two Tasks, consisting of: a) Task I - performing an audit of compliance with the regulation on the National Interoperability Framework (KRI), the Act on the National Cybersecurity System (UoKSC), the requirements of the NIS2 Directive (NIS2);b) Task II - determining the preparation of the institution for the planned changes resulting from the amendment to the Act on the National Cybersecurity System and certain other acts, https://legislacja.rcl.gov.pl/projekt/1238450...
