- The scope of the order includes in particular:
Carrying out emergency cleaning works in areas owned by the Bielsko-Biała Commune, including:
- participation in the Contractor's field visit, if designated by the Ordering Party, in order to determine the scope of work and the method of their execution;
- protecting trees and other vegetation against possible damage,
- surface cleaning of scattered waste in the designated area,
- mowing grass and weeds - areas mowed according to the current needs and instructions of the Ordering Party,
- demolition of gazebos, removal of wooden fences and steel mesh, wells (with loading and removal), fencing the area with forest mesh,
- cutting down trees that do not require a cutting permit, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 16, 2004 on nature protection,
- milling of stumps after cutting down trees,
- removing and trimming bushes,
- tipping removal or scrap wood,
- planting and leveling the area to the level of the native soil, i.e. to the level of the adjacent property, tidying up the area in the place and within the area of the works being carried out,
- elimination of the effects of floods and sudden downpours,
- construction and installation of an information board (each time when indicated by the Ordering Party),
- liquidation of illegal waste dumps, which includes removing all waste and pollution from the indicated area, in particular hazardous waste, electrical and electronic equipment and their parts, pozo... - Documents:
