- a) The subject of the order is the provision of cleaning/maintenance services for the premises of the Krakow Library in the building at pl. Jana Nowaka Jezioraskiego 3 and in branches of the Krakow Library. List of rooms where the cleaning/maintenance service is to be provided, including their area and with their addresses constitutes Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ. A detailed list of activities included in the scope of a specific cleaning service and the frequency of their performance is included in Appendix No. 1b to the SWZ. For. No. 1c is a sample price list, a. No. 1d list of technical equipment and price list of basic cleaning products, disinfectants, preservatives.
