Description:
1. The subject of the order is: a) conservation and restoration (care) work in tree crowns, b) and cutting down trees that are in poor health.2. The Ordering Party declares that it has the right to dispose of the area where the above works will be performed, i.e. the real estate located in Sitno 116 in the Lublin Voivodeship, Zamość poviat, Sitno commune, plot no. 1110/8, 1110/9, 1110/10 to the extent necessary to implement the subject of the contract, 3. A necessary condition for the implementation of the subject of the order is that the work in the tree crowns be managed or performed independently by a person meeting the requirements referred to in Art. 37b of the Act of July 23, 2003 on the protection and care of monuments (Journal of Laws 2024.1292, vol.). Contractors who have the appropriate equipment may commence the contract.4. The subject of the order will be performed in accordance with the provisions of Art. 52 section 2 of the Act on nature protection in relation to wild animals covered by species protection (Journal of Laws 2024.1478, consolidated text), pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 16, 2016 on the protection of animal species.
