Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the performance of construction and assembly works related to the reconstruction of the 110 kV line on the premises of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Białystok Branch; 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Annex No. 1.1. to STWiORB.
Execution of works construction and assembly works related to the reconstruction of the single-circuit 110 kV line between Ełk 2 and Olecko
2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is attached No. 1 to SWZ and Annex No. 1.1. to STWiORB; 3. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons who, during the execution of the order, perform the activities specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Method of verifying the employment of these people and their qualifications The Ordering Party's control of the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and the sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are included in the draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; 4. The subject of the order is part of the project titled: "Development intelligent power grid in the Białystok Branch of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. II" co-financed from the European Fund for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 (Priority FEPW.02 Energy and climate, measure FEPW.02.01 Energy Distribution) under the co-financing agreement no. FEPW.02.01-IP.03-0003/24-00.
