Carrying out construction and assembly works related to the reconstruction of the gas network as part of the project investment project (Project) called "Modernization of the gas network in the Częstochowa agglomeration" divided into 3 parts.
Carrying out construction and assembly works related to the reconstruction of the gas network as part of the investment project (Project) entitled: "Modernization of the gas network in the agglomeration Częstochowa" .
Part 1 - Myszkow in the area of Korczaka, Lotnicza, Wojska Polskiego, Dywizjonu 303 streets
The subject of the Order is the performance of construction and assembly works related to the reconstruction, carrying out the necessary checks and commissioning, and putting into operation the gas pipeline with connections in the town of Myszkow in the area of Korczaka, Lotnicza, Wojska Polskiego, Dywizjonu 303 (Roboty) streets, in accordance with the design documentation (Design), which together will constitute the subject of the Agreement (Subject of the Agreement). The order in question is part of the project: "Modernization of the gas network in the Agglomeration Częstochowska.
The subject of the Agreement includes in particular:
1)reconstruction:
a) Facility type: Gas pipeline with connections
b)Location: Myszkow
c) Length of the network - the given length of the planned gas pipeline is an estimate and may change in the event of a change in formal, legal and/or environmental conditions; The Parties declare that increasing or reducing the length of the gas pipeline to 1.5% will not result in a change in the Contractor's remuneration.
