- PART 1 AREA 1 - Carrying out construction and maintenance works on real estate managed by ZBM in Suwaki TBS Sp. z o. o. 1. The detailed obligations of the Contractor are specified in the draft contract, Annex No. 3 to SWZ.2. The detailed scope of work to be carried out by the Contractor is set out in Annex No. 1 to the contract part of SWZ.3 components. List of properties owned by the Suwaki Commune, the State Treasury, ZBM w Suwaki TBS Sp. z o. o. and Housing Communities contains Annex No. 2 to the contract, which is part of the SWZ.4. Renovation works should be performed in accordance with Polish construction practices and technologies Standards regarding residential construction and public utilities, with the Contractor providing appropriate equipment and materials necessary to perform the entrusted works.5. Orders regarding the need to perform renovation works on facilities within the scope of construction works will be submitted to the Contractor in the form in writing or by telephone by employees of the ZBM Operations Department.6. The contractor is obliged to have daily contact with employees of the ZBM Operations Department from: from 700 to 900 for written confirmation of the ordered work.7. IN ...
